Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding of the following reservation and cancellation terms: Booking Fees: All reservations are subject to a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. This fee will be added during the checkout process. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Receive a 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 10–29 days before departure: Receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of departure: No refunds will be issued. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter start time will be charged the full charter price. Company-Initiated Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if Pura Vida SXM Tours cancels the charter due to: Technical issues Bad weather conditions Cruise ships failing to arrive at port on time We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
